Good afternoon! X5 company conducts market analysis to find an Automated commercial electricity metering system for TS Chizhik. Please attach a Technical and Commercial Proposal in free form. The composition of the work is indicated in the BRIEF. We are considering options for developing or integrating an existing solution to us on our servers, a cloud solution is not being considered. The commercial part should contain the cost of licenses, development, integration, and support that they are ready to provide.
