Auto-extension

Payment terms:
100% postpayment upon receipt of the tmc to the intermediate warehouse in the city. Yakutsk, within 10 banking days from the date of delivery.
The cost of VAT is included.
Transport costs include in the cost of delivery, but allocate a separate line.
Delivery terms:
By the supplier to Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
When the goods are shipped, the Buyer must notify the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. (Conditions of delivery of the vehicle by self-propelled - excluded)

Comments: 1) Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form.

6) Before shipment, be sure to fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.

Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee;
8) Describe the types of delivery;
9) Decipher the cost of delivery;
10) Decipher the cost of additional equipment.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
