Payment terms:Предварительная оплата в размере 50 % производится Покупателем в течение 5 (пяти) дней с момента заключения настоящего Договора.
Оставшаяся часть цены Договора в размере 50 % уплачивается Покупателем в течение 10 (десяти) дней с даты подписания акта приема-передачи Транспортного средства.
Покупатель уплачивает цену Договора путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Продавца на основании выставленного счета, счета-фактуры. Стороны подписывают Акт приема- передачи Транспортного средства при отсутствии замечаний к качеству транспортного средства.
В цену Договора включены транспортные расходы.
Delivery terms:Товар должен быть поставлен комплектно. Минимальный срок поставки 15 календарных дней, максимальный срок поставки 30 календарных дней с момента подписания Договора
