Comments: Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the procurement of OMPK JSC and the subsequent conclusion of the contract is:

• Information in the SZV-M form provided to the PFR for the last reporting period with confirmation of their acceptance, or the SZV-M reporting verification protocol indicating the number of insured persons for the last reporting period;
• Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the last two reporting periods (years) and tax declarations as part of the title page and section 1 with a receipt (for income tax, unified agricultural tax, STS and VAT) for the last two tax periods for the moment of providing the specified information. In the event that an organization applies a simplified taxation system, financial statements may not be provided.
