The auction is held electronically on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) in accordance with Chapter 19 of the B2B-CENTER SYSTEM REGULATIONS.
The application for participation in the auction is submitted in free form and must contain the Participant's consent to purchase the products specified in the notice, on the terms of the draft contract.
