I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is necessary to attach a Commercial Offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY the COST OF ITEMS by delivery
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
- terms of payment;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer).
It is also necessary to attach a separate file indicating the technical characteristics.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
