Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment on receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days of delivery date and delivery of original invoices, goods invoices, copies of transport invoices with by the recipient's mark. Considered other participants' proposals
Delivery terms:Delivery - up to 30.09.2021 (according to TK)
All shipping costs and other costs must be included in the cost of the product. The delivery is selected by a separate line in KP.
The products should be new, no earlier than the beginning of 2021 release.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
