Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the moment of signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
3) advance payment in the amount of not more than 25% of the total cost of the consignment within 10 banking days from the date of signing the specification (contract); 65% of the total cost of the consignment within 10 banking days from the date of official notification of readiness for shipment from the supplier’s warehouse. Final settlement in the amount of 10% within 10 banking days upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse and signing of the delivery-acceptance certificate without comment.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
1) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the relationship to the product.
2) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
3) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
4) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
8) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
