Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

When applying for the procurement procedure, please be sure to attach a detailed technical and commercial offer on letterhead (optional Excel specification) containing VAT costs, terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
These bids are conducted in 2 phases, and the result will determine the winner of the supplier.
1. Required payment terms - Priority is given to the lowest bidder and 100% deferred payment;
2. Offer currency requirements - the price must be listed in the currency of the offer without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum guaranteed delivery time possible;
4. The TKP expiration period is 30 days minimum, 60 days recommended.
5. Document Requirements - Mandatory Dealer Certificate confirming Company Status or Manufacturer Certificate (Other Documents on Demand);
6. Supply Conditions Requirements -
The delivery is made by the Seller through to the Buyer's warehouses in the city. Kursk (1 scrap truck) and g. Orenburg (1 scrap truck).
7. Agreement is on the form of the Buyer
The criteria for choosing the best offer: TK compliance, cost, fulfillment period, payment terms, contract according to buyer form.

Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Russian Civil Code.
