Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Buyer pays for the received new Product in the amount of 100% of the value of the Product within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing the consignment note / waybill or other document confirming the acceptance of the Product, provided that there are no claims for quality, quantity, completeness , completing the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives an invoice duly issued in the Buyer's name, the original contract and specifications. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
