The procurement participant must attach as part of his application a commercial offer on a letterhead, in which he must specify:
- the price taking into account the maximum possible discount, taking into account the delivery to Krasnoyarsk;
- delivery time;
- payment terms (preferably after delivery 30 calendar days).
Delivery to the consignee should be specified as a separate line in the quotation.
