1. For legal entities:
Copies of constituent documents and certificate of state registration;
Company registration card;
Documents confirming the authority of the person signing the contract.
2. For individuals without a legal entity:
A copy of the passport or a document replacing it;
A copy of the registration certificate;
A copy of the tax registration certificate (TIN);
The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data provided.
The buyer has read and agreed with the rules for the sale of unused property.
The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to verify all the information provided by the Buyer.
In the event that an offer is announced to make an offer void, the Buyer will have no claims against the Seller.
The Buyer agrees that this offer on the Weatherford website can under no circumstances be regarded as a public offer and, accordingly, the Seller does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who asked to conclude a relevant deal.
