Обоснование: Т.к. до окончания указанного в извещении о проведении запроса котировок срока подачи заявок на участие в запросе котировок «11» июля 2017 г. 09 часов 00 минут (время московское) была представлена 1 (одна) заявка на участие в запросе котировок, то в соответствии с п. 9 ст. 22 «Положения о закупках» Акционерного общества «Машиностроительное конструкторское бюро «Искра» имени Ивана Ивановича Картукова» Закупочная комиссия оценив поданную заявку на участие в запросе котировок приняла решение:
Признать процедуру запроса котировок несостоявшейся и на основании п. 10 ст. 22 «Положения о закупках» Акционерного общества «Машиностроительное конструкторское бюро «Искра» имени Ивана Ивановича Картукова» заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры запроса котировок № 217 ЗК (31705286219) Лот №1 «Транспортное средство - Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150».
