Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 20 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the destination station and provided by your original invoice, original or copy receipt for shipping marked departure station, confirming shipment of goods from the station of departure or within 20 banking days from the date of receipt by the consignee of the goods and the Supplier of the original invoice, original or copy of the bill of lading, certificate of acceptance of the goods by the consignee. The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with an invoice dated reference month/month shipping/no later than 5 days from the date of shipment.
Delivery terms:Franco point of destination. The date of delivery shall be the date specified in the bill of lading, certificate of acceptance by the consignee of the goods. Supplier's obligation to deliver the goods is considered to be performed at the time of receipt of the goods by the consignee.
