Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Vendor's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods — within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the whole consignments from Carrier in Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on its own hand to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The goods supplied must be new, not recovered.
Delivery time: 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the specification.
Upon shipment of goods, the obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TRADING 12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
The Supplier ensures 100% fulfillment of the Customer's request (range and quantity).

UPON COMPLETION OF THE REQUEST FOR PRICES, OFFERS FROM SUPPLIERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT PROPOSALS DURING THE REQUEST. In the absence of loaded documentation in the request, the proposals of the Applicants will not be considered.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
