This procedure for requesting price is not trading, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure for requesting price also is not a public auction and is not governed by articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting price does not impose on the customer commitments to conclude a treaty with the winner price request. If necessary, the customer intends to exercise the right to conduct "Peretorzhki".
