Comments:
The construction of the facility requires the delivery of container filling stations (see the appendix to the Bid Notice). All products must be new and comply with the requirements of GOST specified in the Requirements Specification attached to the Bid Notice and this description.
It is mandatory to attach the product manufacturer's passport to each item to the bid for participation!
The target conditions for this request are pickup. The target delivery time is based on the availability of products from the supplier. Target payment terms under the agreement are 100% post payment of 60 calendar days. It is also permissible to make an alternative offer with other conditions.
In the Commercial Proposal proposal, the supplier is obliged to provide the correct production dates, as well as consent to grant the customer's representative access to the supplier's territory for the purpose of auditing, monitoring and evaluating the progress of production, pre-shipment acceptance.
The supplier must provide special packaging for transportation to the far north.
According to this procedure, the customer has the right to announce rebidding.
The contract with the winner of the procedure will be concluded in electronic form on the B2B platform or otherwise in accordance with the customer's form.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Дополнительные требования (предоставить по запросу):1. Квитанция об электронной сдаче декларации по НДС, декларацию по НДС, если не является плательщиком НДС письмо какую систему налогообложения использует.

2. Титульный лист РСВ.

3. Справка о материально-технических ресурсах ( о наличии зданий, помещений, транспортных средств, наличие оснастки и спец. инструмента, средств измерений и наличие на них сертификатов о поверке и т.д)

4. Справка из ИФНС о наличии сальдо (о состоянии расчетов), справка об исполнении обязательств.
Дополнительно:1. Данная торговая процедура не является аукционом или конкурсом, не попадает под действие ст.ст.447-449 ГК РФ и не влечет за собой возникновение юридических обязательств у Заказчика по выбору поставщика.
2. Заказчик имеет право вносить изменения в извещение о проведении запроса предложений в любое время до истечения срока подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений
3. Заказчик имеет право продлевать срок подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений и соответственно перенести дату и время проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям в любое время до проведения процедуры открытия доступа к предложениям на участие в запросе предложений, а также до подведения итогов закупки изменить дату рассмотрения предложений участников закупки и подведения итогов запроса предложений.
