Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
An application for participation in the trading procedure for the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted indicating the rates in euros and rubles, while, without fail, attaching a quotation indicating the rate for the flight in the form of Appendix 1.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
In case the participants have any questions (including those concerning the use of digital signature), they can contact support service using the phone numbers given at the e-marketplace (7610, 7321 extension numbers), as well as they can call the hot line or leave a message via "Support" section.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
