- vehicles must be dry, clean, free of foreign smell, not infected with pests of grain stocks, without sharp protruding parts, with good locking and blocking devices. It is not allowed to use vehicles that were previously used for the transportation of pesticides and fertilizers, if the vehicles were used for the transportation of pesticides and fertilizers, then they can be used for the transportation of the Goods only after preliminary disinfection carried out before the moment of loading the Goods, which is confirmed by the corresponding certificate transmitted to the Client. or any other document certifying that disinfection has been carried out by a specialized organization;
- transport must correspond to the carrying capacity and volume of the loaded goods. The floor covering, the body of the transport must be intact, without damage, withstand the weight of a forklift with a load of 3.5 tons (except for vehicles with a carrying capacity of up to 5 tons.
- Submission of faulty transport for loading is equivalent to disruption from transportation;
- By the time of arrival at the territory of the Consignee / Consignor and the beginning of unloading / loading of cargo, vehicles must not contain, both in the body and in the cabin, meat products, including products containing pork.
