Ranking of bids

The application for participation in the trading procedure at the ETP group B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru) should be submitted with the rate in rubles, with the obligatory application of a commercial offer with indication of the rate for the flight in the form of annex 1.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
In case the participants have any questions (including those concerning the use of digital signature), they can contact support service using the phone numbers given at the e-marketplace (7610, 7321 extension numbers), as well as they can call the hot line or leave a message via "Support" section.

The present request for prices is solely of an informational nature, under no circumstances can be considered as an offer, a public offer or an offer to bid and has no relevant legal consequences, Influencing the occurrence, change or termination of civil rights and obligations.
PJSC "Chtpz", JSC "PNTK" has the right to refuse from any of the proposals received in response to this notification (offer) at any time without specifying the reasons for refusal.
