If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:proposals received after the tender will not be considered. Proposals that are not properly designed and/or do not contain a complete set of documents may also not be considered. In case the lowest price offered by the bidders exceeds the calculated price determined by the purchasing organizer, the procedure may be deemed to have failed.
