LIST OF DOCUMENTS:
a) List of major customers, implementations, completed projects, items of equipment supplied.
b) Information on the applicant's mechanical and weight requirements; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction, installation and design and survey works).
c) The company's charter (for the winner of the tender), if any (it is not requested from the individual entrepreneur).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for 2 the last reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Tax Registration Certificate.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs)
g) Behgalter reports for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary to perform works (services), SRO)
h) A document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, waybills).
i) A certificate of absence of tax arrears and fees from the Tax Inspectorate (Certificate of tax arrears for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender).
j) Dealer/Distributor Confirmation Letter from the manufacturer (if applicable).
k) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP with the date of issue no later than 30 days.
l) Minutes (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization.
m) A certificate of ownership or lease agreement for an office space at the actual location.
n) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018).
In the absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the order of items on the list, the commercial proposal will not be considered and accepted for bidding.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil law obligations on the customer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as by the provisions of the Federal Act of April 5, 2013 No. N 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs". Applicants who submitted the proposal not in time and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizer company, and/or do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding through an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted by other means.
