The supplier is selected at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of Omsktekhuglerod LLC, on the basis of cooperation at 100% payment upon receipt of products at the Buyer's warehouse according to the standard form of the Buyer's agreement.
Only the agreement as amended by the Buyer is accepted without protocols of disagreement.
Please upload a quotation, as well as a reference list confirming the competence of the supplier.
For the convenience of quoting, please send KP in our electronic form, as well as its scan with signature and seal. After the end of bidding, 60 minutes will be provided for updating the documentation.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a form of competition / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.

The procedure for requesting proposals in the B2B-CENTER system is determined by the Regulations of the B2B-CENTER system and posted on the official website.
Section 8 of the Regulation provides that the request for proposals is not a tender and does not apply to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the request for proposals has the right both to choose the winner of the procedure and to complete it by rejecting all incoming proposals.
The organizer of the request for proposals determines the winner of the request for proposals on the basis of a set of criteria. The lowest bid, when conducting a request for proposals, does not mean a clear victory in the procedure.
