The Promoter has the right to stage 2 (retrade) in the event of an unsatisfactory result in the first phase. Up to 30% of the best bidders from the total number of participants will be admitted before the retrade. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the applicant's offer, the best conditions according to the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
