The participant of the procurement, taking part in the request for proposals procedure, confirms that he has read and agrees with these conditions.

The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (recorder) in case of an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. No more than 30% of applicants with the best prices from the total number of participants will be admitted before the rebid. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the offer of the applicant, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
