Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:
Priority payment option: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse (industrial site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant). Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other delivery conditions (total cost, terms, etc.) Prices must be indicated taking into account transport costs to the Buyer's warehouse.

Delivery is carried out by the transport of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, at the Buyer's request from March 2021 - March 2022. Delivery time: within 5-7 days from the date of application.

Comments: We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The supplier is obliged to carry out the delivery in-house. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to make sure of the Supplier's good faith, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's self-delivery of materials, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for delivery, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
