Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of delivery notes with the recipient's mark.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Delivery time: 7 calendar days from the date of sending the application.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
Products must be new 2020y / v.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
