Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% payment after receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse within 30 banking days. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by the Supplier’s transport to the Buyer's warehouse, at the request of the Buyer from April 2020 to December 2020. Delivery time: within 5-7 days from the date of application.

The supplier is obliged to complete the delivery on its own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved for delivery, information on the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / fur nisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
