Comments:
Be sure to attach the excel KP (the form in the attachment) with the manufacturer's indication. When offering analogues , prescribe the manufacturer and those in the KP. specifications.

Marking of tires is mandatory within the framework of legislation (registration in the honest sign of the Russian Federation).
An important factor is that tires should not be withdrawn from circulation.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
