Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The following items must be specified in the TAP:
-basis of delivery: Samara, Grozenskaya str. 55 (at the expense of the supplier)
-the cost of delivery should be included in the cost of products;
-delivery time;
-payment terms.

To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Buh balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchase items;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTENT


The validity period of the participants' offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
