The one-stage procedure provides for the submission of a technical and commercial proposal.
The submitted proposal should consist of completed appendices 2-7, certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
