The loaded documents necessary to specify the delivery time. Without specifying the delivery time quotations are not considered!

OOO "Flagman" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- offer is received after the deadline;
- the conditions of the offer does not meet the stated requirements;
- commercial offer contains incorrect information;
- the person sending an offer to be in the process of liquidation or reorganization or against him filed or already instituted proceedings in the insolvency (bankruptcy);
- Selection of participants had a negative experience in the market;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
