Comments:
The participant must be user registered in E-commerce System "B2B Cordiant" at the site: http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and have all rights of the System Member. 2. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4. If the supplier is involved in the bidding, it means he agrees if he wins, to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OAO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery on the terms specified in purchase announcement.
