Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND CONCLUDING A SUPPLY CONTRACT:
1. Availability of status — manufacturer, or existing dealer authority with manufacturers. To confirm the status of the supplier, you must immediately upload the relevant documents along with the commercial offer (offer) during the request process.
2. When delivering the goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide original documents for the products supplied: the original contract, the invoice/invoice, the waybill (TORG-12), the consignment note, quality certificates.
The agreement is concluded strictly in the edition of Moscox JSC.
