The Delivered Goods belongs to the Supplier on the basis of ownership, is not subject to pledge, is not under arrest and is free from the rights of third parties. If the delivered Goods are produced outside the territory of the Russian Federation, the Supplier guarantees that with respect to the Goods delivered under this Agreement, the Supplier has fulfilled all the obligations stipulated by the customs legislation of the Russian Federation
