Payment terms:
: Buyer shall pay an advance of 50% (fifty per cent) of the Contract for the Manufacture and Supply of the Reactor Tankage (hereinafter the text — Equipment) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date signing by Parties to the Agreement and receiving an account from the Provider by transferring money to the Supplier's checking account.
The final calculation of the Contract shall be made within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date Parties sign the Instrument of Commissioning of Equipment (Annex 3), subject to receipt from Provider of a complete set of original technical documents signed by Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Equipment by transferring cash to a checking account Vendor.
