Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:
The Contractor manufactures, packs, marks and transfers to the ownership of Kari products, in accordance with
TK and terms specified in a specific specification (but not more than 14 working days).
Unit the prices should be indicated taking into account delivery to warehouses.
The planned annual volume is indicated. Shipment on request, taking into account delivery to the warehouses of the company "KARI"
The first order is for approximately 50 stores.
