Comments:
1. Настоящий запрос предложений не имеет соответствующих правовых последствий. Заказчик имеет право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру открытого запроса предложений в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Поставщиками.

2. Победителем запроса предложений будет выбран участник, предложивший в совокупности наилучшие технико-экономические условия в соответствии с настоящим запросом предложений.

3. Договор по результатам запроса предложения, в случае определения победителя, будет заключен в течение 10 (десяти) дней с момента подписания протокола по определению победителя запроса предложений.

4. Предложенные цены на ЭТП без прикрепленных ТКП не рассматриваются.
