Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signature of the goods an invoice note without comment), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) ATTENTION!!! delivery of goods in accordance with all requirements for the carriage of dangerous goods Class 2.$
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; commercial offer, Certificate for goods.
3) Upon delivery, the entire list of documents required for the carriage of OG Class 2 by sea shall be provided.
4) Products must be attached: product quality certificate/passport, cylinders must be re-examined. They must be equipped with caps and rubber rings.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 ч.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
9) The goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equated to them. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
