Payment terms:Deferral of payment 30 calendar days after signing the receipt documents confirming the acceptance of the goods.
Delivery terms:According to the results of the auction, lot 1 or 2 will be selected for purchase.
Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to provide quality documents with the delivery. Delivery time should not exceed seven days from the date of signing the contract and specifications.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
