Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

A one-time sample of the declared volume is assumed.

It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several models of analogues.

The ability to change the volume by plus/minus 30% according to the terms of the specification.

Price fixing without reference to volume

Equipment that has been successfully tested on the customer's territory is allowed to purchase.
In parallel with the competition, testing of devices is carried out, therefore, when choosing the winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested (at the time of decision-making) will be taken into account

The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through the EDO (instructions attached).
IMPORTANT: attach a scan of the signed contract from the participant to the documentation.

The cost of the equipment should take into account the cost of delivery.

EDS is not required
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
