Payment terms:The Buyer is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 10% of the contract value to the Seller's current account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract and invoicing by the Seller. The funds transferred to the account of the security payment participate in mutual settlements for the last shipment of the Goods and payment of the penalty. In case of non-fulfillment by the Buyer of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods. The Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer payment of a penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the value of the Goods not selected on time, for each day of delay. But not more than the amount transferred to the account of the security payment. The Buyer, within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the written demand for payment of the penalty from the Seller, is obliged to make its payment. The amount of penalties may be deducted from the security payment funds. - 100% prepayment for the exported lot.
Location and terms of delivery:- The Condition of the Goods is used (defective).
- At the request of the Bidder of the sales procedure, the Goods can be provided for inspection.
- Loading/Export/Packing (if necessary) and dismantling is carried out by forces and materials, at the expense of the Buyer.
- Export of unpaid Goods is not allowed.
- The selection of the sold Goods is made within ____ (to be filled in by the buyer) working days, from the date of signing the contract and depositing the security payment funds to the Seller's account.
- Permissible tolerance ± 2%.
- The buyer disassembles parts of the BK-1000 tower crane (console, tower, control cabin, portal), rail tracks. All work must take place with the provision of safety for people working on the site and comply with the established norms and rules prescribed in the guidance document (RD) 22-28-37-02.
