Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and submission of an invoice.

By self-pickup from the supplier's warehouse. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments: WE PAY YOUR ATTENTION about the change in the procurement procedure, now instead of the supplier's commercial proposal, you must fill out the form and the annex to it, which are in the procurement documentation. Filling in is required, otherwise the application will not be considered. The commercial proposal must be attached if the supplier's proposal must contain a technical description of the proposed product, which cannot be reflected in the form.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The total amount must be reflected, taking into account SELF-EXPORT from the supplier's warehouse. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. costs (packaging, labeling, etc.). The cost of goods and materials with VAT at the supplier's warehouse. including packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96).
2) Positions must necessarily correspond to the TK (if the TK is enclosed in the procurement documentation).
3) Attitude towards products - a free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must upload a document confirming the status of a dealer, representative. Indicate the manufacturer, country of origin of the goods.
4) Transportation conditions: - spec. transportation requirements, if applicable; - storage conditions of goods: warehouse, open / closed, heated / unheated,
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for how long
5) Product warranty. It is necessary to indicate the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
6) Term of replacement of goods under warranty.
7) Approximate volume and weight (for the whole volume),
8) Agree with the agreement, if you do not agree, then the drawn up protocol of disagreements.
9) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
10) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
Before shipment, you must provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the labeling of the goods (requirements for labeling in the uploaded documentation)
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
