PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to take part in the selection of suppliers for the maintenance of split systems, compressor-condensing units (KKB) of supply ventilation systems, multi-zone air conditioning systems for office and technical premises of the Southern region (Chernozemye) for 2021-2022 ...
The selection of suppliers will be made according to the following lots:
Lot # 1 Voronezh, Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Tambov
Lot No. 2 Voronezh
Lot # 3 Bryansk
Lot 4 Kursk
Lot # 5 Oryol
Lot 6 Belgorod
Lot 7 Lipetsk

To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must provide the following completed documents (documentation package):
1. Documents for participation: Participant's questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word; Compliance of the participant with the requirements of the procurement event in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word.
2. Potential supplier questionnaire: Completed file in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word
3. Financial analysis: Completed template in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature and seal); Scanned copies of the balance sheet for 2018, 2019, 2020, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority; Scanned copies of the profit and loss statement for 2018, 2019, 2020, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
4. Qualification Requirements (CT): Completed file in Excel format; Completed and signed scan in PDF format; Supporting documents in accordance with the clauses of the qualification requirements.
5. Auction card: Completed file in Excel format.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ZM4@rnd.beeline.ru no later than April 19, 2021 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant / TO SKV Chernozemye").
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
The procurement event is planned to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the documentation received).
2. stage - Commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
