Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment: within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer on the basis of the signed consignment note. If at the time of delivery the price of the product,
recorded in the cashier's receipt received at the Supplier's gas station is higher than the price of the products under the Agreement, the calculation is carried out at the price
products specified in the Agreement. If, at the time of delivery, the price of the product recorded in the cashier's receipt at the Supplier's gas station is less than the price of the product under the Agreement, the calculation is carried out at the price of the gas station's receipt.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
