Payment terms: within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer on the basis of the signed consignment note. . If at the time of delivery the price of the product,
recorded in a cash receipt received at the Supplier’s gas station, higher than the price of the products under the Agreement, calculation is carried out at the price
products specified in the Agreement. If at the time of delivery the price of products recorded in the cash receipt at the Supplier’s gas station is lower than the price of the products under the Agreement, the calculation is made at the price of the gas station check.
