Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Only one legal entity may participate in the request for proposals from a group of affiliated companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
Equipment, which has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer, is allowed to purchase. In parallel with the request, testing of devices is carried out, so the selection will take into account all proposals that will successfully pass testing (at the time of decision making).
You can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of your application.

Participation in the request is free of charge.
EDS is not required to participate in the request.
