Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier’s transport to the Buyer's warehouse within 10-15 days after signing the Agreement. The participant must indicate the price of the Goods, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.

The supplier must deliver the goods on its own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of the Goods by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
If these documents are not provided, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
