Comments:
Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of Izhstal products. The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" within one day must upload the following documents to the system, which are necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the company registration certificate;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. A counterparty card in free form containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, full name of the head, full name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including the bank address;
4. A copy of the last income statement (form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service at the place of registration about the absence of tax debts and other mandatory payments;
6. Power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants. Used equipment, made in China, do not offer.
