Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery in equal batches of 30000 pcs. tags and 8 rolls (winding 1000 pcs) of tape after the Buyer's request. First delivery within 5 days after signing the specification. Mandatory provision of prototypes of tags and ribbons at no cost (at least 30 pieces of tags). For participants who previously provided prototypes, it is sufficient to provide an act of test results.

Comments:
1. This notice is not a notice of the competition and does not have the corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 10-20 days from the date of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for quotations.

4. After the end of trading in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form by e-mail: NLMoroz@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 within 1 (one) business day from the moment of submitting proposals In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Purchasing Commission without consideration on the merits.

For contractors who have previously registered in the System, but who do not have an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- An offer (commercial offer), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims in connection with the fact that the bid is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
A prerequisite for the provision of a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.

Обоснование: Предлагается: 1) объем закупаемых ТМЦ скорректировать в соответствии с актуальностью заявок цехов (бирок – 156 000 шт, лент – 60 рул (намотка 1000 шт 2) отклонить КП ООО «Проф Марк» на сумму 409 824 руб. с НДС, т.к. опытная партия не прошла испытаний (Протокол № 2 от 16.04.2020г. прилагается) 3) принять КП ООО «Спекта Интерпак» на сумму 5 296,92 евро (оплата в рублях по курсу ЦБ РФ на день оплаты) на след условиях: 100% предоплата, поставка равными партиями по 26 000 бирок и 10 рулонов лент (намотка 1000 шт) по заявке Покупателя, отгрузка в течение 2-3 дней после получения ДС, доставка до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика.
